Project Waste Removal

Waste Removal Planned With the Building Work

Over 20 years’ experience clearing building waste from Sydney sites

Master Strip Outs removes waste generated by strip outs, renovation preparation, commercial defits and small demolition. The load is tied to a defined building-work scope: removed joinery and fixtures, flooring, linings, tiles, timber, masonry and related site debris. General household junk collection sits outside this service.

Because waste removal is built into our strip out work, we handle the awkward jobs skip bins struggle with: apartment clearances with lift bookings and common area protection, tight terrace access in the Inner West, and commercial tenancies where waste has to move through a loading dock within approved building hours. Materials are sorted as they are loaded — metals, timber, plasterboard and cardboard separated for recycling, general waste carted to appropriate waste facilities.

How It Works

How Project Waste Removal Works

From assessment to a clean, empty space
  1. 01

    Assessment & Quote

We assess the waste type, volume and access from photos or on site, then provide a clear quote.

  2. 02

    Booking & Planning

We schedule a time that suits, arrange lift or dock bookings where the building requires them, and plan the route out.

  3. 03

    Loading & Sorting

Our crew carries and loads everything, separating metals, timber and recyclables from general waste as we go.

  4. 04

    Disposal & Clean-Up

Accepted recyclable materials go to recycling facilities, general waste goes to appropriate waste facilities, and the agreed work area is swept before we leave.

04

Accepted materials and disposal route

The material type, contamination risk and receiving facility requirements are confirmed before collection is priced.

FAQs

Strip Out & Demolition Waste FAQs

Common questions about project-connected waste removal
View all FAQs
How do you schedule rubbish removal?

Removal timing depends on crew availability, access, waste type and how much needs to be carried or loaded. For larger clearances or ongoing projects we agree a schedule up front, including regular collections if waste builds up over the course of a job. Call 0424 944 944 and we will confirm timing after the access and waste details are reviewed.

What types of waste do you take?

We handle most renovation, construction and commercial waste: building materials and debris, old kitchens and bathrooms, joinery, flooring, office furniture, shop fit out materials and general commercial waste. Asbestos and other hazardous materials are not carried on general loads. Suspect material must be left undisturbed and assessed by an appropriately qualified asbestos professional; see our asbestos safety guidance for how that works.

Do I need to hire a skip bin?

No — this is a full loading service, not skip hire. Our crew carries everything out and loads it directly onto our trucks, which usually works out easier than a skip for apartments, tight access and anywhere council permits would be needed to put a bin on the street. You also avoid the skip sitting on your driveway for a week.

How do you handle recycling?

Materials are sorted as they are loaded. Metals, timber, plasterboard and cardboard are separated for recycling where facilities accept them, while general waste goes to appropriate waste facilities. The quote confirms the agreed removal requirements.

Do you provide disposal certificates?

Tell us which tipping dockets, facility records or recycling documents the project needs when requesting the quote. We will confirm what can be supplied and include the agreed requirement in writing. For construction sites with formal waste-reporting requirements, see our strip-out and demolition waste removal service.
