Industrial Strip Outs Across Sydney
Master Strip Outs delivers industrial strip outs across Sydney, clearing factories, warehouses and manufacturing facilities back to a clean shell. We remove plant and machinery, pallet racking and shelving, mezzanine floors, coolrooms, industrial kitchens and internal office fit outs, working to a documented plan so large sites come apart in a controlled sequence rather than all at once.
Industrial sites carry risks rarely present in residential jobs: three-phase power and gas feeds into fixed plant, compressed air lines, suspended services, heavy steelwork and live neighbouring operations. Every project starts with a site assessment and safe work method statements, services are disconnected and isolated before anything is touched, and heavy items are dropped and moved with the right machinery rather than brute force.

How It Works
Our Industrial Strip Out Process
- 01
Site Inspection & Assessment
We walk the facility with you, identify plant, services and access constraints, and provide a clear quote with a realistic programme.
- 02
Project Planning & Isolation
Safe work method statements are prepared, utility disconnections are coordinated with licensed trades, and the removal sequence is locked in.
- 03
Staged Strip Out
Plant, racking, mezzanines and fit out come out in a planned order using purpose-built equipment, with exclusion zones protecting any live areas.
- 04
Waste Removal & Handover
Steel, concrete and timber are sorted for recycling where facilities accept them, general waste goes to appropriate waste facilities, and the agreed work area is handed over swept and clear.

What shapes an industrial strip out quote
Removal scope
The rooms, fixtures, finishes and structural boundaries included in the work are confirmed before pricing.
Access and material movement
Parking, stairs, lifts, loading areas, carry distance and available bin or truck access affect the removal method.
Waste type and volume
Material mix, weight, recycling options and the likely number of loads all affect the quote.
Work zones and staging
Large areas, plant access, active operations and staged clearing can change the crew and removal sequence.

FAQs
Industrial Strip Out FAQs
How long does an industrial strip out take?
Industrial strip out timing depends on facility size, fixed plant, service disconnections, truck access and how waste can leave the site. We confirm a detailed programme with your quote so you can plan lease dates and incoming trades around it.
How do you remove heavy machinery and plant?
Fixed plant is isolated from power, gas and air before removal, then unbolted and dismantled into transportable sections. The quote accounts for lifting requirements and protection of retained slabs and structure.
What happens if asbestos or hazardous materials are found?
Older industrial buildings, particularly pre-1990 construction, may contain asbestos in roofing, wall sheeting, lagging and floor tiles. If material is suspected, work in that area stops until the property owner or principal contractor obtains advice from an appropriately qualified asbestos professional. Learn more about asbestos safety guidance.
Do you handle warehouses and factories differently?
Yes. Warehouse work is often centred on racking, mezzanines, storage systems and internal offices. Factory work can add production lines, fixed plant and heavier service disconnections. Each application is itemised separately in the inspection and removal plan.
