Floor Removal Across Sydney
Master Strip Outs removes every common flooring type found in Sydney homes and commercial spaces: ceramic and stone tiles, solid timber and parquetry, vinyl and linoleum, carpet and underlay, and sand-cement screeds. Whatever is going, the goal is the same — a clean, sound substrate your flooring installer can work on without extra prep.
Floor removal is dusty work when done badly, so we do it with containment and extraction. Work areas are sealed off, floors along access routes are protected, and our grinders and demolition equipment run with dust extraction and HEPA filtration to keep fine dust out of the rest of the property.

FAQs
Floor & Carpet Removal FAQs
How do you control dust during floor removal?
We seal off work areas with containment barriers and run our removal and grinding equipment with dust extraction and HEPA filtration, capturing dust at the source. Access routes are protected and the area is vacuumed before handover, so dust does not migrate through the rest of the property.
How long does floor removal take?
Floor removal timing depends on the floor type, area, adhesive, access and substrate condition. Glued-down tiles and direct-stick timber need more work than carpet or floating floors, and we confirm the programme with your quote so your installer can book in after us.
Will the substrate be ready for new flooring?
Yes — that is the point of the service. We remove all adhesive residue, grind the surface where necessary and leave a clean, sound substrate. Whether your installer is laying tiles, timber, vinyl or carpet, the floor is handed over ready to work on.
Do you take away the old flooring?
Yes. All flooring waste — tiles, timber, vinyl, carpet and underlay — is loaded, sorted for recycling where possible and taken to appropriate waste facilities. Waste removal is included in the quote, and the site is left broom-clean.
