Demolition Waste Removal Across Sydney

Debris managed properly, serving Sydney since 2012

Master Strip Outs clears demolition waste across Sydney — brick and concrete rubble, structural steel, timber, plasterboard, old fixtures and mixed demolition debris. Because demolition is our own trade, waste removal is planned into the job rather than bolted on afterwards: debris is sorted as it comes down, loaded out in sequence and off site before it slows the next stage.

Demolition debris is heavy, sharp and bulky, and it needs the right handling. Our crews load with machinery where access allows and by hand where it does not — through terraces, up basement ramps and out of apartment buildings within approved hours. Dust suppression and clean truck routes keep neighbours and building managers onside while loads move.

We support our own internal demolition and strip out crews, other demolition contractors who need cartage capacity, and builders and developers clearing debris left from earlier works. Whether it is a single stockpile from a wall removal or staged loads from a whole-building strip out, the approach is the same: sorted, weighed off and documented.

Concrete and brick go to crushing and recovery for reuse as roadbase, steel and metals to recyclers, and timber to resource recovery — typically most of a demolition load by weight avoids landfill. Only the true residual goes to licensed disposal, with tipping dockets and waste documentation available for your records. Demolition waste removal is quoted per project after a free site inspection.

How It Works

Our Demolition Waste Process

Sorted on site, recycled where it counts

01
Site AssessmentWe assess debris types, volumes and access, then provide a fixed quote — as a one-off clear or staged load-outs across a demolition programme.
02
Removal PlanningLoad-out sequence, truck movements and any building or council requirements are planned so waste moves without interrupting the works.
03
Sorting & LoadingConcrete, steel, timber and mixed debris are separated as they are loaded, by machine or by hand depending on access.
04
Recycling & DocumentationLoads go to crushing, metal recycling and licensed disposal facilities, with tipping dockets and waste records available for your project file.

FAQs

Demolition Waste Removal FAQs

Common questions about debris clearance

How quickly can you clear demolition waste?

Urgent clears can usually be done same-day or next-day depending on crew availability and access. On active demolition jobs we sequence load-outs with the works so debris is gone before it holds up the next stage. Call 0424 944 944 with the site details and we will confirm timing.

How much does demolition waste removal cost?

Demolition waste removal is quoted per project after a free site inspection. Weight is the biggest driver — concrete and brick are priced very differently from mixed light debris — along with volume, access and how much sorting the stockpile needs. Sorted loads tip cheaper, so the sorting we do during loading works in your favour.

How much of the demolition waste gets recycled?

Typically most of a demolition load by weight avoids landfill. Concrete and brick are crushed for reuse as roadbase and fill, steel and metals go to recyclers, and timber goes to resource recovery. Only the genuine residual — contaminated or unrecoverable mixed waste — goes to licensed landfill disposal.

Do I need to organise bins or a tipper?

No — we bring the trucks and do the loading, by machine where access allows and by hand where it does not. That covers the jobs skip bins handle poorly: heavy rubble that exceeds bin weight limits, tight terrace access and apartment buildings where nothing can sit on the street. It is a complete load-and-cart service.

Can you take asbestos or contaminated material?

Not on general demolition loads. If suspect material is identified — common in pre-1990 buildings — it is tested before being disturbed, and removal is arranged with licensed asbestos removalists in line with SafeWork NSW requirements before general clearance continues. See our asbestos removal page for how this is managed.

Do you provide waste certificates?

Yes. Tipping dockets, disposal certificates and recycling records are available for every load — documentation developers, certifiers and head contractors commonly need for project files and environmental reporting. Tell us what your project requires and we include it as standard.
